Our Methodologies
Krai Solutions’ software development process follows Agile methodology and utilizes tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket. Development teams usually use Agile Scrum with a sprint period varying from two to three weeks, while the DevSecOps teams work on a three to four weeks sprint. Even though the two teams work in parallel they are still intertwined and work toward the same objective of making development, testing, deployment, and maintenance a whole. Our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines are designed and implemented using a combination of Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy and CodePipeline, CloudFormation Template, along with OWASP for security scanning, SonarQube for code quality gateway, Selenium, JUnit for testing and Jmeter or Gatling for Load testing. The design and coding follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices which includes but not limited to design patterns, design and coding peer-reviews, and coding standards. Our security compliances are generally governed by government software development security compliances and best practices which include NIST, FIPS, FISMA, and FedRAM. Our security deliverables cover data in transit, and data at rest best practices, input parameters validation, SQL injection prevention, 508 compliance and follow FAR rules.
